Does it work without Hospitable or Hostaway?
Yes. You can add properties and create turnovers manually. The PMS sync is additive — it just automates the scheduling step.
Do cleaners need to download an app?
No. Cleaners get a link for each turnover. It opens in Safari or Chrome and works offline. No app store required.
How does the damage claim work?
You add before/after photos, captions, severity, and estimated cost. Dib generates a PDF and a shareable link you can send directly to a carrier or the guest.
What does the guest welcome page include?
