There are a few easy ways. Use Smart Add to snap a photo and let AI fill in the details, add items manually, or just tell Dib in chat ("Add my new Samsung TV to the living room"). You can also upload documents and Dib will pull out the details for you.

Absolutely. Invite anyone you trust from Settings, and pick what they can do: Admin (full access), Editor (can make changes), or Viewer (look but don't touch). Everyone shares the same home data while keeping their own login.

Yes. You can import from CSV or Excel files, and we have a free Centriq migration tool at dib.io/centriq if you're coming from Centriq. Your items, model numbers, purchase dates, and notes carry over automatically.

Items are things you'd take with you when you move (furniture, electronics, gadgets). Fixtures stay with the house (HVAC systems, built-in appliances, light fixtures). Just check the "Built-in Fixture" box when adding something that stays. You can change it later anytime.

Anytime. Export reports as PDF, Excel, or CSV, or download a full backup of your home, complete with photos and documents. Your data is always yours to take with you.

We're honest about our limits! A few things on our list: editing many items at once, full offline mode, smart-home device integrations, and managing more than one property per team. We're always improving, so send a feature request with /feedback in the chat.

Try these in order: check your internet connection, make sure the file isn't too large (max 10MB for images, 25MB for documents), try a supported format (JPG, PNG, PDF, and common document types), confirm Dib has camera and photo permissions on mobile, then refresh and try again. Quick fixes: refresh the page (Cmd+R on Mac, Ctrl+R on Windows), clear your cache or try a private window, make sure you're still signed in, or try another browser (we work best on Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge). On mobile, close and reopen the app. If one feature keeps breaking, report it with /feedback and tell us what you were doing.

Just tap any field to edit it before saving. For better results next time, use good lighting, get the whole item in frame, and capture any model or serial labels up close. You can add several photos for tricky items, and the AI learns from your corrections.

It's almost certainly still there. Use the global search bar (it searches everything), clear any active room or category filters, and check "All Items" to see everything at once. You can also ask Dib "Where is my [item]?" and it will help you track it down.

Give it a second and refresh. On mobile, pull down to refresh the screen. Changes save automatically (no save button needed), so if something made on one device hasn't reached another yet, a quick refresh usually syncs it. If it persists, check your connection speed.
